His trained staff will look after your patients from the moment they make their first appointment, until they are discharged from care. Thomas E Havas clinics are modern, caring practices, specialising in state-of-the-art ear, nose and throat treatment.

Team Work

A/Prof Havas works with a highly skilled team. His role centres on diagnosis and surgery, while other team members conduct testing, speech therapy, patient eduction and importantly, liaison between your practice and ours. He believes this communication is vital. Each time a patient visits, you will be provided with a report within two or three days. A member of the team is always available to answer your questions during practice hours 8:00am to 5:30pm every Monday to Friday. You will find that waiting lists are short. Your patients will wait no more than two weeks for an initial appointment and if the case is urgent everything will be done to fit them in that day or the next.

Associate Professor Havas operates at Sydney Children's Hospital, St George and Prince of Wales Private Hospitals, the Prince of Wales Hospital and St Lukes Private Hospital so your patients are assured of the best possible care, in the best teaching hospitals in Sydney. His major interests are disorders of the nose and paranasal sinuses, voice, larynx and airway disorders, and head and neck cancer. He has a special interest and training in Paediatric Otolaryngology because children have different needs and present with problems requiring particular skills, surgical and diagnostic techniques. A/Prof Havas has the skills and clinical experience to ensure optimal outcomes for your patients including minimal surgical intervention for the best results.
